ASPIRANTUM’s Intermediate Persian Program not only helped me improve my Persian skills but gave me a new understanding and appreciation of the cultures of both Iran and Armenia. 

This program covers a wide range of topics, including history, politics, literature, and geography, which has allowed me to learn more about Iran and the region as a whole. The instructors are passionate, patient, and experts in their fields. You won’t find more qualified instructors anywhere else. Their vast knowledge of the language, its origins, and uses today is unmatched. With the focus on improvement, this program provides a low-stress yet challenging atmosphere that allows you to fully engage with the language and instructors that are available to you to ask questions and dive deeper into the language. These instructors will challenge and inspire you to improve your language skills more than you have ever thought possible.

This program also introduces you to the beauty and history of Armenia through excursions to historical sites, churches, and breathtaking views- some of which have Persian influence. These trips are frequent and were my favorite aspect of this program.

Additionally, you will meet people from all over the world coming back to their homeland of Armenia and find out what keeps bringing them back.

My experiences with ASPIRANTUM’s Intermediate Persian Program were enjoyable, educational, and honestly irreplaceable. I found a home away from home and was welcomed by the hospitable Yerevan community.
