This program was the most incredible experience! The classes were better than anything I have had before. Not only was I learning new things, but I was taught new ways of learning, which helped me tremendously. Having to talk only Russian in class and a lot outside of class really helped me get into practice and boost my confidence. What I got from this program will continue to help me practice and get better at Russian. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful teachers and my fellow classmates that made each class feel so worth it. Outside of class, this program was also wonderful. I met so many new people, not only within the program but also outside of it. Everyone came from different places and ages, which made for an exciting experience. I was able to get to know so many types of people that I never would have come across without this trip. Everyone in Yerevan was incredibly nice; I am so glad that I got the chance to talk to and befriend people from Armenia. The program also felt so personal mostly because of Khachik, the program director, who was incredibly involved and organized wonderful events for all participants. It did not feel like I was in a new city all alone because Khachik was so helpful in helping all of us navigate the city, connect us to new people, and make many memorable memories! I am forever grateful for this experience and strongly recommend it to anyone who comes across it.
