3 weeks 2018 Persian Language Summer School

I participated in the three weeks program of the Persian summer school, and I can say truly that I had a great experience - educational and social.

The program is really immersive, and every night I was with my classmates in different cafes of Yerevan to study together. Yerevan has cool and hip café culture, and a lot of good restaurants.

After three weeks, I feel that my vocabulary improved a lot, and that I had good exposure to the language. I am not a native English speaker, and in the beginning it was a little beat confusing learning grammar in English (because i only learned Persian grammar in Hebrew), but eventually it was fine.

Yerevan is a nice place, and I highly recommend to take accommodation in the center of the city. My classmates found some good AirBNB deals, but i decided to stay at Ibis hotel, and had great experience.

In the weekends we had trips outside of Yerevan to different places in Armenia, and this was really great, also after classes we had sometime different activities like going to museum or a tour in a Brandi factory.

I also did short weekend in Georgia, which is close and easy border to cross. I had a great time in this trips and activities, and it was a good break from the instance learning during the week.
