Questions and homework - We will start by going over the vocabulary learned during the previous week. After that the passages read in the previous lesson will be partially revisited and discussed, as well as small practice exercises will be completed. During this part of the day, students will have an opportunity to discuss any questions they had while reading the text at home.
Reading (2 hours) - Chapters X-XI of the Karnamag will be read, accompanied with explanations about various grammatical and lexical points. During the reading of each passage detailed explanations will be given. Students are encouraged to ask questions related to the text.
Discussion - At the end of the class, we will discuss various questions related to the cultural, political and literary aspects of Middle Persian literature.
