The summer school in Yerevan was brilliant; not only was the school itself good academically, but the city itself has been wonderful for feeling we in the Russian language. 

Our teacher, Alyona, has been so enthusiastic, and she has really cared about each one of us. I feel that my level of Russian has improved in just the four short weeks that I was there. And they were too short! I wish I could have stayed for longer. The lessons covered a really interesting range of topics, ones that I had not always thought about before, like legal Russian. It was clear that much thought had been put into planning the syllabus.

Outside of the lessons, we had great trips arranged for us at the weekends. I loved learning more about the heritage and culture of Armenia; it was fascinating. And just being able to see more of the nature and landscapes was really beautiful. Overall, I completely recommend this course, both for beginners of Russian and those with prior experience.
