10 weeks (or 5-9 weeks) 2025 Russian Language Summer School (5-10 credits)

I cannot say enough good things about the ASPIRANTUM summer school. Over the course of the program, I was deeply impressed (inspired, even!) by Khachik's passion for language learning. Not only did he provide a well-organized and robust course, but he also frequently asked for feedback and tweaked the program to fit our needs, something that I have not experienced at other language schools. The overall quality of the course was excellent—Aliona was a terrific teacher and did an admirable job accommodating students of varying proficiencies. I count her among the greatest teachers who have taught me Russian over the past seven years!

Beyond the school itself, Yerevan is a very pleasant city with warm, friendly people. I had many chance encounters that led to spontaneous friendships and opportunities to practice my Russian. Greater still were the many excursions we took outside of Yerevan, including monasteries, mountaintops, film premiers, and ancient fortresses. Khachik did a great job curating this list of destinations, and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Armenia, ASPIRANTUM student or not.

Overall, I had an amazing time in Yerevan and highly recommend the ASPIRANTUM school.
