My name is Joseph Haynes and I completed the Russian Winter Program at Aspirantum language school in Yerevan. My participation in this course has greatly improved my speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Russian. The small class sizes meant the teaching was very tailored to my needs and that I developed a very strong bond with my teacher. The classes were also very fun which contributed to an overall enjoyable learning experience. Khachik was very welcoming to me and helpful in overseeing my progress in Russian. He also organised many interesting excursions which meant I saw a lot of Armenia and learnt a lot about the country's history and culture. Armenia itself is a great place to learn Russian. You can speak in Russian to anyone here and thus feel immersed in the language. I would recommend Aspirantum's language courses in Russian to anyone wanting to improve their grasp of the Russian language.
