Below we collected the best places to eat in Yerevan! All the featured restaurants are placed in Kentron (city centre), so they are in a walkable distance from the location where the classes take place.
The price range of the restaurants we classified into 3 categories: cheap, average, a bit more expensive. Notice, that if you are coming from European countries or USA and Canada, even the more pricey ones will seem cheap for you. If you are from countries that are generally cheaper than Armenia, check out all of the places we marked as ‘cheap’ - many of them, are better than even the fanciest places in Yerevan!

Anteb

Cuisine: Anteb is famous for its delicious Syrian-Armenian, Lebanesse-Armenian food. If you are barbeque / kebab lover and adore spicy food, this restaurant is for sure for you. Try manti in Anteb as well as their sweets.

Cuisine: Crumbs is another very healthy place in Yerevan that is friendly for vegetarian and vegan. You can get there a nice breakfast, lunch and amazing pastry!

Cuisine: A great place to visit if you are in a rush, and have a limited budget! Fourchette is a self-service bistro that offers all kinds of food including vegetarian and vegan option.
Hans and Franz

Cuisine: An awesome place to get good quality food mainly from meat. Try their burgers, and steaks that will blow your mind! In the menu you can find huge sets for a bunch of people, so don’t hesitate to bring your classmates from ASPIRANTUM courses and share the dish.

Cuisine: Karas is one of the biggest Food Chains in Armenia! They are specializing in affordable and good food. They offer many good-deal lunch sets, so make sure to check them out. The menu includes (literally) everything you can imagine, from pizza, to sandwiches, salads, soups, deserts, kyababs, barbeques and many more.

Cuisine: If you are looking to try Armenian food, you should try this one for sure! Lavash is called the best restaurant in Yerevan for a reason. Cuisine: Simple, Arabic and good! Always packed, and full of hungry locals who are crazy about lahmajun that is known as the best in Yerevan! Unfortunately if you are vegetarian, or on a gluten-free diet, you should forget about this place.
OST Bistro

Cuisine: One of the best restaurants in the city! Sherep serves modern Armenian cuisine and it tastes simply beyond any expectation. If you want to try best chefs of Armenia, book your table and don’t regret spending any dram on the meal! We can strongly recommend this place as one of must-taste!
Temurnoc

Cuisine: Temurnoc is a wonderful place where you can hang out with friends! The place has its own unique atmosphere that will make you feel super cozy (even tho it’s located in Cascades, the heart of Yerevan!)! In menu you can find very tasty meat dishes, and traditional caucasian meals. Try their fish grill!
Tumanyan Khinkali

Cuisine: If you ever ask any local where to eat the best khinkali in the city, this place will be an answer. Despite the fact that khinkali is a Georgian dish, you must try it. In the menu are different type of this miracle: with cheese, meat, potatoes or mushrooms.
