Discussion of the homework (40 min): Students will explain the declination and conjugation system they have learned from the previous lesson. There will also be a discussion of the homework followed by questions/answers and an explanation of difficult passages.

To Ո external declension belong:
- Some words which do not have Singular: դժոխք, կուռք, հունձք, տիք;
- Many words ending with ուած, ային, ին, ուն։ աստուած, արարած, ընթերցուած, ծովային, մարդկային, վերին, ներքին, թռչուն, անասուն;
- Many words ending with ցի։ հելլենացի, հռովմայեցի, քաղաքացի, եբրայեցի, քաղդէացի, Կողբացի, Խորենացի;
- Some words ending with ի։ թի, դի, ձի, ոգի, որդի, հոգի, ոսկի։
- Many words: Ածուխ, աղիւս, ամպ, անասուն, արծաթ, բոյն, բոյս, բոց, գետ, գետին, գոմ, գուբ, երգ, երկաթ, էշ, թուղթ, թռչուն, թուք, ժողով, իւղ, խոտ, ծառ, ծուխ, կշիռ, հողմ, ձոր, ճաշ, մոխիր, ներկ, ողբ, որս, պտուղ, ջուր, սեխ, սէր, սեղան, սողուն, սուգ, տապ, քուն.
- In polysyllable words ի before ո becomes ւ: քաղաքացի – քաղաքացւոյ, որդի – որդւոյ։

Grammar 2: The Adjectives (35 min)
- Adjectives are also assigned to a set of declensions. Some adjectives ending with ային, ին belongs to Ո declension. For instance:
- լեռնային -mountainous
- մարդկային - human
- առաջին - first
- վերջին - last
- ներքին - internal
- վերին - upper
- արդար - fair
- նոր - new
- հին - old
- Adjective and Noun Agreement: An adjective that forms a phrase with the noun it is modifying is an attributive adjective. They can occur before and after a noun. They agree with nouns in only case and number. Unlike other Indo-European languages such as Latin and Greek, Classical Armenian has no gender.
- Nominative մեծ արքայ (great king)
- Genitive մեծի արքայի (of the great king)
